Ruffles and Flourishes: Graduation Day

Many facets of OTS bore a striking resemblance to college. We literally were back to living in dorms, we ate at a cafeteria, everyone wore sweats during down time, etc. Graduation for OTS was also scarily similar to graduation at Dayton and Illinois Law. Almost everyone was epically hungover. There was very little opportunity to drink at OTS and some lost their tolerance faster than others. The Dining Out was the night before graduation and naturally, many exceeded their limits. This resulted in many waxen and jaundiced 1st Lieutenants and Captains for the morning graduation ceremony and parade.

Guess what? I'm still terrible at marching. 



I report for JASOC (JAG School) on 0730 this coming Tuesday. I will be sure to keep this blog updated as picture taking events reveal themselves.
